Using high quality wool, and high quality satin, this hat took us thousands of dollars to develop to perfection. Prior to us making it, no hat maker had a hat mold that can create this size and shape. So we had to completely reinvent the entire process, and at least 7 different hats were made out of 3 molds before we were finally happy enough with the outcome.
